2019 International Marine Architecture Alliance Conference: For Sustainable Marine Space Development

On November 7, 2019,the Academic Conference of the International Academic Union of Oceanic Architecture, sponsored by Korea Maritime University and undertaken by its National Development Center, was held at the International Affairs Center, with Professor Lee Han-seok presiding over the opening ceremony. Experts and teachers from many universities in China, South Korea and Japan attended the conference. Professors Hao Chibiao and Piao Xun from our university delivered keynote speeches respectively. The participating experts discussed key directions such as the sustainable utilization of marine space, laying a solid foundation for the development of marine architecture and the construction of a blue economic platform in the three countries.
